Wedding Invitation
(featured in Modern Bride magazine)
Destination Wedding / Perugia, Italy

The wedding couple's logo design incorporates Italian elements of grapes, leaves, and flowers on textured ivory paper with muted gold/brown ink. The luggage piece was made of heavy duplex paper with handle and velcro-closure tab of leather-look paper and luggage stickers featuring Italian words and images. A luggage tag was included for each invited guest with their name and address attached to the handle. When the invited guest opens the luggage piece the greeting "Ciao!" is the first thing they see.
The invitation itself has the wedding logo muted into the background and a beautiful script font in the chosen logo ink color on heavy book board covered in beautiful paper layered with metallic gold paper and then the invitation. A response card invites guests to select their activities, chosen in keeping with the destination theme, including a pizza party, day trip to Florence and winery tour.

Finally, a travel packet lists travel information, points of interest in the area and a suggested packing list. The assembled invitation package mailed to guests in a white shipping box with matching mailing label.

Additional paper pieces include a pocket-sized folder to hold magnetic room key and taxi card with directions to the Palazzo (in Italian, of course), special labels for water bottles, personalized travel journals and "Do Not Disturb" signs. The wedding logo was digitized and embroidered on t-shirts, caps, totes and aprons for guests to receive at the Palazzo.
